Megan Muster

When I graduated with my undergraduate degree in 2008, I decided to become a therapist and work with children. After working as a therapist in a private company for a number of years, I decided that it wasn't for me and that I wanted to choose a different path. In addition to my job as a therapist, I had worked and volunteered in a few different organizations. It was from my expereinces working in different organizations and companies that I developed an interest in the way they function. I was particularily drawn to human resources because I had an interest in the way employees can contribute to successful organizational functions and change. I enrolled in the Human Resource Development program at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and I am currently working towards the completion of a masters degree.
