About

When I was a kid, I loved to draw or paint. Anything that involved to be creative, I loved. When I was 12, I had a middle school career day where I had the opportunity to see a chef talk about his life as a chef. It was then I decided to become a chef when I grew up. I have yet to stray from that path. In 2014, I got my AAS in Culinary Arts and graduated with a 3.8 GPA (with honors). Today, I am a chef at American Food and Vending and absolutely love my job. As of right now I am on the path in gaining my BAS in Culinary Management. I have a goal to graduate with a 4.0 GPA; I have less than a year left and still at a 4.0. I have overcome a lot of battles and obstacles; but with the help of my motivation and passion, I am on the road to achieving my life long dreams.
