Goals and interests

Career goal

My goal is complete my bachelor's and possibly continue on to finish my master's degree. I am currently working for a rehabilitation hospital as the Lead Respiratory Therapist. I find my job fulfilling and inspirational. With the completion of my degree(s) I plan to stay at the company I am at, striving for a position in executive management and building on the beautiful culture that is there.

Graduate school interests

My interest is to continue in health care. Making a difference in patients' lives and allowing their families hope for rehabilitation, is my passion. I have been a respiratory therapist for 13 years and I love what I do. I feel I can make a difference in our field and improve opportunities for all therapists by being part of decision making and educating the state government on our role within health care.

Outside the classroom

Gardening, crafting, sewing, cross country skiing
