About
I am a mother of two, and at 28 years old, probably older than the majority of my peers. Now that my children are entering the school system, I find myself inspired to show them that with hard work and dedication we can reach our goals. I am no longer content to be a stay-at-home mom. I want to learn as much as I can and have a career that I and my daughters can be proud of.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree, possibly even a master’s in Early Childhood Education and then a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. With that combination I can teach in any classroom from preschool to eighth grade.
- Graduate school interests
I have been accepted at Cal State La, which is perfect for my needs. Their program is exactly what I’m looking for to finish my education and start my career. I am considering pursuing a Master’s degree as well, to possibly teach Early Childhood Education in a Community College setting after some years of experience.
