Hannah Mico

Hello! I am a second-year student at Grand Valley State University of junior class standing, and a member of the Frederik Meijer Honors College there. I am pursuing two degrees currently: BS Natural Resource Management and BS Photography. I was a member of the editorial board of the student newspaper, the Grand Valley Lanthorn, my first year attending GVSU. I am planning on pursuing internships throughout the upcoming school year incorporating both NRM and Photography. I am a full time member of the public work force and spend most of my time outside of class working. I currently work for the Detroit Zoological Society and am pursuing full time employment with the American Red Cross. Although I am not fully submersed in campus life and organizations, I truly believe that the experiences I gain through my professional experiences are just as valuable. I strive to maintain a high academic standing as well, regardless of my involvement in other areas of life.
