About

As an 18-year-old African American male, I have demonstrated exceptional academic performance throughout high school, maintaining great grades while balancing a rigorous schedule as an early college student at Spartanburg. I participate in various extracurricular activities, showcasing my leadership and teamwork skills, particularly through sports like basketball, cross country, and tennis. My dedication to academics and athletics highlights my strong work ethic and commitment to achieving my goals. As I prepare for my next chapter at the University of South Carolina, I aim to pursue a major in computer science coupled with a minor in architecture, reflecting my interests in technology and design.

Goals and interests

Career goal

With a major in computer science, I hope to explore various career opportunities in the tech industry. Potential paths could include software development, where I can create innovative applications and solutions, or roles in cybersecurity, focusing on protecting sensitive information. Additionally, my minor in architecture suggests an interest in combining technology with design, potentially leading me toward careers in architectural technology or smart city planning, where I can contribute to urban development projects that integrate technological advances. Ultimately, I aspire to engage in work that merges creativity with problem-solving in the tech field.

Graduate school interests

As I consider his future, this student is open to the possibility of attending graduate school. My interests in furthering my education could align with specialized programs in computer science, such as artificial intelligence or data science, where I can deepen his expertise and stay at the forefront of technological advancements. Alternatively, I might explore architecture graduate programs that would allow me to focus on sustainable design or urban planning. Graduate school would enable me to expand my knowledge and skills, enhancing my career prospects and allowing me to make a meaningful impact in my chosen fields.
