Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to become an obstetric nurse, specializing in providing care and support to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I aspire to work in a hospital or birthing center, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of both mother and baby. With my passion for women's health and my dedication to providing compassionate and evidence-based care, I aim to contribute to positive birth experiences and promote the health and safety of women and newborns.

Graduate school interests

I am interested in pursuing a Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). With this advanced degree, I aim to expand my knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families across the lifespan. I am passionate about delivering holistic care, diagnosing and treating common health conditions, and promoting health education and preventive care. Becoming an FNP will enable me to work in diverse healthcare settings, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and make a significant impact by addressing the healthcare needs of underserved populations. I am eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with this advanced practice role and contribute to improving access to quality healthcare.

Outside the classroom

My hobbies include crafts, outdoor activities, interior painting, and community service. I enjoy expressing my creativity through various crafts, exploring nature and engaging in outdoor adventures, enhancing spaces through interior painting, and giving back to the community through volunteer work.
