About
I am a current student at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI, majoring in Health Communication and minoring in Public Relations, and will be graduating in April 2015.
I would describe myself as someone who has an extremely dedicated work ethic with a positive attitude. I am adaptable to any work environment and love to work with people of various backgrounds. I am very active around campus; both academically and socially, while holding leadership roles in several on-campus organizations. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, sailing, reading, and trying new things! I am an active health nut, and I am working on developing my amateur photography skills.
Within health communication, I have found my interests to be centered around nutrition and childhood obesity, public health care policy, sustainable health, and quality improvement within the health care system.
