About
I am a student from Alexandria STEM School with a deep interest in psychology, human behavior, and personal development. Throughout my experiences, being a competitive swimmer, mentor, and leader at school, I've developed an interest in how people build confidence, overcome fear, and unlock their potential.
I founded the STEM Alex Future Club, through which I supported more than 70 students in developing communication, teamwork, and public-speaking skills. It was one of the most meaningful parts of my journey and strengthened my commitment to helping others grow when guiding students who once struggled with confidence to present at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
My 13-year competitive swimming background also molded my understanding of motivation and resilience. From early-morning practices to national-level competitions, I learned how the mind influences performance, and how psychological barriers can be more challenging than physical ones.
As a result of all my experiences, I have grown into one who appreciates much empathy, leadership by inspiration, and the science that underpins human potential. I envision furthering these interests in college and practicing psychology to empower others to realize confidence, resilience, and substantive growth.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan to pursue a career that combines psychology, performance coaching, and student guidance. My goal is to become a professional who helps individuals understand their strengths, overcome mental barriers, and navigate important academic and personal decisions.
I aspire to work as a psychologist specializing in motivation and human development, or as a performance coach who supports young people in building confidence, resilience, and healthy mindsets. I am also deeply interested in becoming an admissions or guidance counselor, where I can mentor students, support their educational pathways, and help them make informed choices that shape their futures.
Across all these paths, my mission is the same: to empower individuals to grow, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential through empathy, evidence-based support, and meaningful guidance.
- Graduate school interests
I plan to pursue graduate studies in psychology, with a focus on human performance, motivation, and behavioral development. I am especially interested in programs related to counseling psychology, educational psychology, and organizational behavior, where I can build the skills needed to guide students, support personal growth, and help individuals overcome mental barriers. My long-term goal is to combine advanced psychological training with practical coaching methods to work as a performance coach, counselor, or student advisor who empowers others to reach their full potential.
- Outside the classroom
My hobbies range from competitive swimming and cooking to reading psychology, mentoring younger students, and working on creative side projects. I enjoy activities that challenge me, teach me discipline, and allow me to help others while also expressing my creativity.
