About

Goals and interests

Career goal

I intend to become a private practice social worker who helps those who have been through traumas to find healing and empowerment. My goal is to open my own practice and offer individual counseling as well as macro-level services such as support groups.

Graduate school interests

I'm interested in learning more about mental health, learning how I can be the best social worker I can be through interactive studies, and learn how to be my best self so that I can reflect my work in my professional and personal life. This program is shaping me into a person who can carry the skills I am learning into all facets of my life and therefore is transforming me into a better version of myself.
