About
I am attending Dutchess Community college for an associates degree in Human Services, with a route for applied psychology. Then I will attend a 4-year SUNY school to major in biology. For my masters, I would hope to attend Sarah Lawerence for their program in genetic counseling.
Genetic counseling became something I wanted to do when I was diagnosed with a disease by a genetic mutation.
I am the first of my family to even apply to a college, let alone go to one. Therefore, my grades and achievements are very important to me.
I want to make my life worth something and that's why I decided to go into the profession of genetic counseling.
