I want to expand my understanding of the Health career (to plan, design, implement and evaluate comprehensive public health education, community health education and health promotion programs) and to perform related work. As a member of the Eta Sigma Gamma Honor Society at PVAMU, I have become increasingly interested in public health education and community health promotion as a potential career path. I believe that my educational preparation in Kinesiology and health as well as Health Specialization coupled with my desire to learn and develop as a professional make me a great candidate as a health related social service activist.
