About

I am a recent graduate at Muldrow High School in Muldrow, Oklahoma, and I am soon starting my college journey at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. As of right now I am an undecided student but am showing interest in education and/or psychology. No matter which degree I end up choosing I plan on making a difference in my town, state, country, and world. I have set a personal goal of making a difference in either a child's or an adult's life. I have spent countless hours mentoring youth in my community, along with getting involved with my church to raise money for a school in a small village in Rwanda, Africa, which is now providing underprivileged children with an education and the word of God. I am a strong believer in helping children and those are my goals for my future, and being an undecided major right no isn't going to stop me from achieving my goals.

Goals and interests

Career goal

As of right now I am undecided as I enter college, yet I am showing interest in education, but I am also showing interest in psychology. If I decide to go into education I will become an English teacher and show children the works of many great writers that have changed and shaped the literary world of today. Not only will I show them that I will show them that they can achieve great things in life and show them that they can make a difference, and that there are more opportunities that they are open to. If I decide to go into psychology I intend on getting my doctorate degree and start doing research on the way the brain works and how playing sports affect it. I will research how it affects children, teenagers, college students, professional athletes, and the affects it has on the elders. I want to make sports a safe and fun way for people to enjoy without damaging one of the most important organs in the body. Therefore, I might be considered undecided but no matter which degree I choose I plan to make a difference.

Graduate school interests

My grad school interest consist of getting a masters in English or getting my doctorate in psychology.

Outside the classroom

My hobbies include mentoring youth and working on various community service projects. During my free time I am an active basketball player on my high school team along with being an active member on our girls golf team. I am a three time state qualifier in girls golf. and when I'm not on the course or court I'm working on extra projects for my Advanced Placement Course.
