About

My name is Morgan Caudill and I am a 31-year-old nursing student at Midland College. I am a very dedicated and driven student. I am excited to continue my path in expanding my education and experience in the medical field. I am also a wife and mother to four children. Our days are extremely busy, but our hearts are also extremely full.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I plan to graduate and begin working at midland memorial hospital as a NICU nurse. I thought I intended to work in labor and delivery, but our youngest son ended up making his arrival into this world four weeks early. We ended up spending some time in the NICU and our experience there shifted my heart and I knew that’s where I was meant to be.

Graduate school interests

I plan to obtain by BSN from UTPB. After this, I am undecided between two plans. I would like to either continue on and get my MSN to pursue the nurse practitioner route, or pursue becoming a CRNA.

Outside the classroom

Nursing school and being a nurse intern at our local hospital keeps me pretty busy, but there’s nothing in life that I enjoy more than my family. My hobbies include anything that I can do to watch my kids smile. My husband and I have 3.5 year old boy/girl twins, a one year old girl, and a 4 month old baby boy. They keep us busy in the absolute best way.
