About
I currently attend Johnson and Wales University in North Miami. I am almost finished with my Bachelor's in Baking and Pastry and Food Service Management. I have always had a passion for pastry art, as far back as I can remember. After attending a technical high school and practicing culinary and pastry skills, I knew I wanted to continue on this path. I also am employed full-time. I am a lead pastry cook at the Miami Beach Edition Hotel. I love what I do and want to continue to learn this craft every single day.
