Career goal: I intend to Graduate with my Masters degree in English, finish and complete my teaching credentials and become a college professor. Because of my prior work position as a personal assistant at the Ojai Music Academy, I was able to find my passion of teaching.
Outside the classroom: I love recycling and renovating old pieces of furniture, I take a used piece of furniture and make it look completely brand new to then use for myself or sell it. Furniture is easily thrown out for new modern styles, or replaced with cheaper quality and has become a huge contribution to land waste. It has become my way of helping others not have to turn to cheap quality alternatives and reduce the amount of furniture going into our oceans and land waste.
Im also a huge singer and have been a performer for years, I got the amazing opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall in 2023 in the Honors Performance Series and have continued my work through teaching and sharing live music everywhere.
