- Career goal
My concentration focus is Business and Social Work in the Global Setting. I would like to take on a leadership role in the business setting and contribute to labor policies as well as be involved with Employee Assistance Programs. I believe it is crucial for employees to learn the skills needed to balance out their work and life to include any mental health issues. I am also interested in resolving any conflicts within the work environment in order to have a smooth flow with work production.
