About
I am a preacher's son, while we have been known to be the worst, I myself believe that I am not among those other children. I have volunteered more than 300 hours at our church over the past 5 years running our slide projectors and sound system. I have also done farm work for the past 2 years. This past summer I have sprayed around 400 acres of planted pine trees with chemicals such as: Round Up, Garlon, and Element. I intend to major in Agricultural Business and be a salesman of chemicals for Crop Production Services. I believe that farming is one of the most important things to do in all of the countries. Without it there would be nowhere near enough food to supply the billions of people on Earth. Chemicals are one of the key ingredients in producing top quality crops. Whether it is corn, peas, peanuts, peaches, etc. I will work hard at my degree and make sure that I dedicate my hours in to my studying, which showed in my High School. In High School, I maintained Beta Club for 3.5 years and Top 10% of my class all 4 years! I also received a $500 scholarship from the school to be chosen as a good Christian student with high moral standards and an overall 85 average over their 4-year term of high school. With these things said, this is why I believe that I would be a great addition to your society. Thank you for reading, Nathan.
