Goals and interests
- Career goal
I intent to use my extensive linguistic, cultural, political, and economic studies to work for an international organization, or an organization based overseas. I am open to any form; governmental, NGO, economic agency, or corporate. I have taken a special interest in languages and have studied German for seven years, Latin for five, French for four, Arabic for two, Russian for one, and have had many classes on their cultures. My focus culturally and economically has been the Middle East and China. I have also helped run a successful small business for the past 7 years, and have experience in sales, staffing, marketing and advertising, brand relations, and limited accounting.
- Graduate school interests
I intend to attend graduate school in the field of economics.
- Outside the classroom
I enjoy reading and film, and often play tennis, golf, and coed soccer.
