Ndubuisi Onweagba

My name is Ndubuisi Onweagba. You can call me Ndu. I was born in Surulere, Lagos Nigeria. After graduating High school in Nigeria, I gained admission to study at City University of New York. I have an Associate degree in Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College New York, and Bachelor degree in Economics from City College of New York, 2009. After completing undergrad, I explored a lot of career fields like sales, hospitality, real estate, retail, marketing and now logistics. I'm excited to be in the Logistics and Transportation field, and also learn and explore the impacts of government and private sectors in the transportation.
I Currently reside in Houston Texas, and I love this city because of the people, the weather and the cost of living is less expensive compare to New York where I lived for over 10 years. I used to work at a Data Management company as a Logistic Technician. I basically scan as many barcodes as possible into the database, a lot of document control, organize pallets with items for shipping and receiving department, and be a team player at all times. I like my job because I have to pay attention to details, be well organized, challenge myself and most importantly complete tasks in a timely manner. We are on a major break now due to the Covid-19 pandemic going on in the world so unfortunately, I'm unemployed for now.

When I'm not busy I enjoy traveling, hanging out with my girlfriend Alexandra ( we just came back from Austin Tx on a short vacation), working out at the gym or at home, listening to music, playing soccer (Go Arsenal), and watching basketball (Up Houston Rocket). I love fruits and my favorite is banana.
