About
I am a Sophomore at Elkhart High School who loves everything music related. I’m a musician in my school’s symphony as a cellist: my instrument that I have had the honor to play for the last 4 years. Throughout my journey as a cellist, I have been invited to honors orchestras, awarded gold medals for solos, awarded prestigious plaques, and been a part of high distinction during competitive ISSMA contests.
As for my career field of interest, I hope to study dentistry and the science behind orthodontics. I’ve always admired how a person’s smile can give them brilliant confidence—and I hope to share that.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
As someone who has always admired the confidence someone’s smile tells, I hope to spread that confidence to every patient. Whether it be through dental cleanings, regular checkups, or pediatric work, I hope that every patient leaves brightly and with a new sense of confidence. Also, I hope to improve my hospitality skills and gain more tangible every-day skills.
- Graduate school interests
During grad school, I hope to expand my participation in music and the different fields. For instance, I hope to continue playing cello in the school’s orchestra and improve my skill. Additionally, I hope to take on possible internships with local clubs to support music education for younger kids—involving teaching.
