About
I am enrolled in the Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Organizational Leadership program at Aspen University. I could accomplish a higher-paying job with a higher level of responsibility with this degree. Additionally, I could use my skills to help the community through Leader-member exchange theory (LMX) which is about building trusting and respectful relationships in the community. Moreover, organizations and communities can benefit from the knowledge of Ethical and Unethical Leadership practices. Further, incivility is a new term but is widely-spread internationally and in different industries across global organizations that is a growing epidemic. The degree is much more than a piece of paper, it is an announcement of focus, dedication and determination to add value to the academic world and the community in which I live. I aspire to use the degree for good and to be an inspiration and hope to others to continue education as I believe education is just the beginning to a key to success. I believe in speaking up against crime in the workplace and desire to inspire others too, to change the culture that each country has that silences or blames the victim. This is part of my focus for my dissertation work next year at Aspen University. I am a proud student with a 3.98 GPA striving for excellence in all that I do and desire change that I know this educational degree will be the foundation for the change.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My specific educational plans are to obtain an A in every class for the Doctorate of Education in Learning and Leadership with a specialization in Organizational Leadership degree. I desire to challenge myself mentally and physically through the 100% on-line degree program. I want to learn as much as I can on-line and in real-life experiences. I want to absorb and give back to the community. I would like to make a difference in this world, one step at a time as it will give hope to others and encourage me to continue pursuing lifelong goals. I desire to either work for the FBI, the Judicial System, or a government agency. I am also looking at being a professor at a university or college once I obtain the degree.
I support Blackburn Center in Greensburg, Pennsylvania that works together to end violence. I am a member at First Unity Church of God in Christ in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. I donate occasionally to the Miss Central Pennsylvania Pageant. I have played the piano and sang at St. Jude Children’s Hospital and nursing homes. I currently work full-time as a Supply Chain Specialist for an organization that provides medical equipment and products to hospitals for nurses and doctors. I have obtained a BA in Mass Communication from Susquehanna University, a 2nd BA in Broadcasting/Journalism from California State University, Northridge, and a MA in Corporate Communications from Bond University in Australia.
