Nneka Ugwu

Nneka Ugwu is a dedicated Behavior Adjustment Special Education Teacher in Garland ISD with over six years of experience supporting students with emotional and behavioral challenges. Originally from Nigeria, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Abuja and brings a rich background in leadership, entrepreneurship, and advocacy. A resilient single parent and lifelong mentor, Nneka is pursuing graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas to deepen her impact and become a certified behavior analyst. Her passion lies in helping individuals thrive beyond limitations through empathy, evidence-based practice, and transformative support.
