Phi Thetta Kappa Honors Society

I was apart of this honors society all throught my two- year college.

Career goal: I my career will be in interior design. I’ve had a passion for design since I was little. I believe it is magnificent that interior design and architecture can impact someone’s life daily. Even landscaping influences someone’s well being.
Outside the classroom: I am very passionate about reading in my spare time. I also go the gym weekly.

Store Manager

As store manager I was responsible for Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising retail staff, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns. Sales and Profitability: Setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional strategies, and driving revenue growth. Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, ordering new merchandise, managing inventory to meet customer demand, and preventing stock shortages. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer inquiries.
