About
My name is Olivia Elsner and this is my third semester to attend University of Houston Clear Lake. I was homeschooled throughout my High School education, and I began my college studies as a Sophomore, taking dual-credit classes at San Jacinto Community College. I intend to graduate in the Fall of 2015 with my bachelors in Business Management and a concentration in Leadership. I am very passionate about leading others and helping others succeed in their goals. I am currently working on staff at Grace Community Church and I lead in several departments of their south campus. I am also a director of a performing arts group called, The Noize, that train kids how to sing dance and perform. Over 1000 kids have been involved in this program and we perform around the community in places like Kemah, the Rocket's half-time game show, and in school assemblies around the CCISD school district.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
After graduating with my Bachelors, I plan to go into full-time ministry and study to become a pastor. While this will take me on a different course than the field of business, I believe that gaining understanding in business management and having a business leadership mindset is needed and essential in the direction I am taking. As previously stated, my passion is to guide people and help them succeed in their life, and I am very excited to be pursuing this dream.
- Graduate school interests
Once I graduate from the University of Houston Clear Lake, I plan on enrolling in the Kings University to get a Masters of Divinity. This will benefit me in my pastoral pursuit.
- Outside the classroom
I love to dance (hip-hop), sing, and teach! I have been blessed with many opportunities to do this coast to coast through the performing arts group that I now direct called the Noize. I also love to spend time with my family. I am one of 8 kids, and while we are busy with lots of activities, we still make it a priority to spend time together.
