About

I am so grateful for this opportunity to be part of the Honor Society. Since joining just last week, I have already applied for a few scholarships and have learned more about what it truly means to represent this organization. I am a proud member of the Honor Society and I cannot wait to see where this site can take me in the future!

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended career path is Accounting because I have a few accountants present in my life that have motivated me to see the positives of becoming one. I see that being an Accountant will teach me a lot about finances, taxes, and so much more, and while being paid well!

Outside the classroom

In my free time, I play lacrosse at my High School on the Varsity team, and just with friends at local tournaments. I love to stay active, so almost every Saturday night I go roller skating, either by myself or with friends. I have been doing this for over ten years! Adding on, I would describe myself as a music enthusiast because I love music and have always been drawn to specific lyrics and melodies, and they story they convey to the listener. I see listening to music as reading a melodic book.

Volunteering

  • I volunteer at GKTW, at least once a week, as many positions. Whether to scoop ice cream or clean tables after lunch, or inspire children in the Castle with magic characters and oversee the carousel, it is always a pleasant experience. I see volunteering here more as a heartwarming experience, being able to give these children a happier experience while going to Disney World makes me feel fulfilled and happy to make an impact. I plan to continue volunteering here until I leave for college next year.

    New Student Experience

    Aug 2022 – May 2023

  • I volunteered at my local church for many years. I would oversee the sermons and ensure that everything was going well, I even sang for a few weeks! I was given the opportunity to connect to younger girls in middle school, share my experiences, and inspire them to live a healthy and fearless life.
