About
I am pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology with the goal of contributing meaningfully to the field of mental health. I believe mental health is an important issue that affects individuals of all ages, whether they are navigating past trauma, overcoming personal challenges, or facing the hardships of everyday life. Through my education and future career, I hope to empower others with valuable skills and resources that can strengthen their mental well-being and improve their overall quality of life.
