About
I am proud to have pushed through the barriers of Dyslexia and Dysgraphia by employing brute force, hard work and dedication to make all of the achievements you see here.
While maintaining high grades in advanced courses at Lake Travis High School, I achieved great things in Boys Scouts, including:
--Published in Scout Magazine, August 2021
--Scout of the Year Bee Cave District, Texas
--Eagle Scout Rank
--Order of the Arrow, Scouting Honor Society
--Philmont High Adventure, 11 day wilderness survival trek
--Northern Tier High Adventure, 8 day wilderness survival trek of the Canadian Boundary Waters
Also during high school I began pursuing my private pilot license, in which I have obtained the following:
--Part 141 Flight School Flying Lessons
--Solo Flight
--Class 1 Medical
--Student Pilot Certificate
I am also proud of the following academic achievements:
--1480 SAT Score
--2nd Place in Harvard Science Bowl
--Math & Science Award
--Gifted & Talented Identification
I am currently in my final semester at Lake Travis High School and am enrolled in the following classes:
--AP Environmental Science
--AP Biology
--AP Calculus
--English IV
--Spanish 2
--Government & Economics
Some other advanced math and science courses I have taken include:
--PreAP Algebra 1 & 2
--PreAP Geometry
--Honors PreCalculus
--PreAP Biology
--Physics
--PreAP Chemistry
--Aquatic Science
My ability to overcome challenges through hard work, an adventurous spirit, and the skills and knowledge I have gained along the way are exactly what I need to achieve my life goals. My journey to becoming an Eagle Scout introduced me to adventure and gave me courage; my talents in science and math gave me a strong knowledge base; my academic achievements gave me confidence; and, my experience of flight gave me the perspective I need to accomplish my goals. I plan to graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Professional Pilot degree. From that point, there are so many more things I can accomplish in the field of aviation and beyond.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
At the University of Oklahoma, I will continue to develop my skills and become part of the aviation community. I will learn to use my skills over longer flight sessions and devote most of my time to my training. In addition to my program, I'm going to continue taking classes in math, physics, and engineering so that I can apply my knowledge when I'm in the plane. This will come in handy in my career as a commercial or cargo pilot, and as a flight instructor. I'm excited for this new adventure.
