Goals and interests

Career goal

-Educational Administration with focus on K-12 Administration Leading to a Principal Certification
-Human Resources

As an inspiring leader, I would like to become a leader who can embody certain traits that would make me successful in my endeavors. I would strive to understand the student body culture and its needs. I will have an understanding of the social-economic backgrounds and racial/ethnic diversity and anti-discrimination issues. I will communicate effectively with each member of my team, I will know the rights and laws that govern the institution that I am working for. I will also gather as much information to analyze and resolve problems by continuously surveying the campus administration, faculty, and its student body. I will have clear focus on what is obtainable and realistic for the short and long term changes that I would like to implement. I would focus on decisive, collaborative and constructive solutions to obtain the set goals. . In doing this with passion, I would be able to focus on the individual’s needs in order to reach the school’s needs. As a future administrative leader I would apply all skills learned in my experiences to include integrity, authenticity trust relationships, transparency, collective efficacy, compassion, and passion. None of this attributes or ideals could be implemented if I do not provide guidance through example and a new climate perspective.
