About
My name is Patrick Hutchinson. I am a current business major with a minor in Spanish. I absolutely LOVE languages and connecting with other people in different countries. After graduating high school in 2012, I left for a 2 year mission trip to Guatemala where I not only fell in love with the people but their culture as well. It was in that moment that I knew whatever I did for work later on down the road I wanted to speak other languages, meet new people, and immerse myself in other cultures.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Ultimately I want to get into foreign and international trade. I want to use languages as much as possible in the jobs that I work as I get older. I do have the option to work as a branch rental manager for Penske upon graduation and have them help pay for my MBA. I'm still indecisive though. I am entering into a program this summer to receive my certification for medical interpreting for Spanish. I also try to find whatever freelance work I can doing Spanish-English/ English-Spanish translation.
