About
More than eighty-five percent of people are living paycheck by paycheck, making only enough to cover basic bills. Yet, my purpose as a customer service representative is to get customers to not merely know about financial literacy, but helping them achieve their dreams. All it takes is striking up a conversation and uncovering their values, personal aspirations, and needs to help them advance. At the core, I believe that customer service representatives should be more than robots only doing what the computer tells us too. Everyone makes mistakes, but my aspiration is to learn about those circumstances to gauge the best way to help them. In the end, you have to go the extra mile to serve your community. By keeping that positive attitude, I engage the customer to learn about financial literacy and give them the only products they need. No issue is unsolvable for me. Whether it's getting my managers approval to open a savings account for a person with a bad Chexsystems report or helping those with understanding how FDIC insurance works.
I focus on key results to build an efficient team that focuses on helping the community, no matter an individual or entity. The job description is a jumping-off point and even if not listed as my job, I have no problem helping keep branches keep themselves at the highest level of integrity and competence. This includes organized files, finding documents, and even memorizing each regulation to properly be in compliance. I am a data-driven and insightful employee who is passionate about growing successful teams.
My specialties include analyzing risk, behavioral finances, efficient markets, real estate markets, and monetary policies. I am constantly learning and investing myself in building a better bank that focuses on the community instead of a quota. Through learning about real-world functioning of securities, insurance, and banking industries, I can properly direct my team through a plethora of challenges and responsibilities that ensure the optimal efficiency in a company.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is simply of that of a business analyst. I desire to analyze the project's business requirements and develop teams to help improve finances with carefully analyzed data, business processes, and surveys. In the future, I cant to communicate with teams to deliver the product's functional requirements like interface and GUI designs. Then document the results acquired from test scripts and scenarios.
- Outside the classroom
Thomas H. Huxley once said, “Try to learn something about everything and everything about something.” My hobby would be reading. As boring as that sounds by reading books, my thinking has expanded and I've became more o[pen minded. It changed my world perspective. I can understand the positivity, the history, and the challenges of the world. When I understand that I can begin to make a change and better myself. That quickness and perspective can help me mature into a positive person. Whenever I see something I can help with, I am confident that I can because I learned a lot about what I know from books.
