About
I am a Kenyan but a global citizen. I have an immense interest in Comparative Higher Education. Specifically, my research interest is in access, equity, quality and internationalization of higher education. In addition, I am passionate about teaching, researching and promoting Swahili abroad owing to my background in Linguistics. I have so far taught Swahili at Ohio University, Indiana University and the University of Oregon. These teaching opportunities have resonated well with my higher education interests and helped me to assist many students in their quest for global citizenship.
