Phan Tran

I am a first-generation college student pursuing an Associate in Science with the goal of transferring into a Computer Science program, concentrating in Cybersecurity. I immigrated to the U.S. from Vietnam at 18 and have been living here for a year and a half. As a new immigrant family still adjusting financially, we’ve faced economic challenges that make scholarship support essential to my academic journey. Despite these hardships, I remain committed to academic excellence, personal growth, and community resilience. With a strong interest in Blue Team operations, I aim to defend digital infrastructure through both education and hands-on certifications. I am seeking financial assistance to reduce barriers so I can fully dedicate myself to completing my degree and training for a career in cybersecurity.
