About
I am college student from Oʻahu. Looking to attend The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in the Spring of 2017 and major in English. I am also thinking about maybe graduate school to even further my education a little more, becoming a Pediatrician has always been a dream of mine. I am a working student, currently part time, at a private school as an after school care leader for 4 years. I have also worked during our summer sessions, this past summer was my fourth summer, as a leader with a group and an arts and crafts teacher for two of those summers. I have done such community services throughout my life whether working with the homeless community or cleaning the beaches or at my church, where I serve alongside other peers in the children ministry. This past school year, 2015-2016, I got to be a student editor for my community college, Kapiʻolani Community College where I graduated in Fall 2015 with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts. I was a student editor for our schools creative journal and was in charge of reading short stories or poems and helping my faculty advisor narrow down the best ones to put into the journal. I also had one of my own poems published within the journal as well and was the speaker of our journal at the schools banquet. I am looking forward to the many adventures and journeys this life takes me and believe this is just one for the books, looking forward to hearing from you folks soon. Mahalo Nui Loa! Thank You Very Much!
