My intended career path is to become a leader in youth residential services. Through my education and professional development, I plan to open a youth residential facility that provides structured support, mentorship, and resources for at-risk youth. This career path reflects my commitment to service, community development, and creating meaningful change for young people facing challenging circumstances.

I am interested in graduate school to gain advanced knowledge, leadership skills, and practical experience that will prepare me for a career in youth services. My long-term goal is to open a licensed youth residential facility that provides structured support, counseling, and life-skills development for at-risk youth.
