About

I am a junior at Northern Illinois University. Last semester I was enrolled in six classes and received a 3.3 GPA for those classes and became a supervisor at my job at the cafeteria. My major is Family and Child studies with an emphasis of Family Social Service. I plan on going back to school after graduation to receive my masters degree.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended job path is to work with families and/ or just children. My major has many job opportunities listed and I am still not sure which one I would like to do for a career. I was recently accepted into my major so now I will have an advisor to help put me on a track of what I want to do.

Graduate school interests

Grad school interests to enroll in are Northern Illinois University or Governor State University.

Outside the classroom

I am involved with a dance team on campus, my freshman year of college I joined the choir on campus as well named Northern Black Choir, I was accepted into a latino dance team named Tumbao. I make and design chocolate covered strawberries on my own time as well.
