Goals and interests
- Career goal
My intended job path is to become a Special Education teacher is a resource room. I would like to work with students with emotional and behavioral disorders. I plan on teaching while I obtain my Master's Degree to get the experience needed to become a better educator. Once I receive my Master's degree, I plan on exploring my options, where I can incorporate my Special Education Degree, along with my Child Psychology Degree.
- Graduate school interests
I plan on going onto graduate school after I receive my Bachelor's and Master's Degree. I haven't quite made a decision on what I would like to specialize is. I know I would like to work with students with disabilities in some way. This could be as a counseling advisor/mentor or working in the school system as a specialist for students who need provided services to meet their educational needs.
- Outside the classroom
Some of my hobbies I enjoy are playing my piano in my free time and working out in between my studies. I enjoy listening to music constantly and ending my day journaling, reflecting back to all the great things that happened.
