summer camp counselor at • Working as a summer camp counselor volunteer has brought me an understanding of a children, teens and toddler care development throughout my three years of teaching, tutoring and creating new ideas/ activities for the children. • As one of the members of the Church Camp counselor, I volunteered to mainly teach and do outdoor activities with them. I also enjoyed creating personalized lesson plans that improved student engagement and academic performances by 40% • During the three years of working with children I feel that I’ve made an impact and being able to get feel the secondary education experience with them.
