I am a graduate with my BSN from University of Washington, Tacoma. I currently work as an Emergency Room nurse at Saint Joseph Medical Center. I love being a nurse and look forward to continuing my education because with nursing I am constantly learning.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am currently working in the ER at Saint Joseph Medical Center and love it. I see myself working there for many years. However, I am very interested in public health and obtained my BSN to advance my nursing career by reaching my community. Being able to do what I love to do and help people in our communities is very important to me.
- Graduate school interests
I definitely want to go back to school to obtain MSN. Being a wife and a mother of two younger children, I am planning on spending some time with them before going back to school.
- Outside the classroom
I love to spend time with my family and stay active. I love to work out, run, and hike. I also enjoy cooking, baking with my kids, traveling, and doing things in my community.
