Rachelle Joseph

I am a dedicated graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Operations Management at the University of Arkansas. With a background in financial reporting, I bring a strong understanding of analytical thinking, accuracy, and organizational efficiency to my work. My academic and professional interests center on leadership, process improvement, and project management. I am passionate about servant leadership, mentorship, and creating systems that promote efficiency, collaboration, and personal growth. Beyond academics, I serve as the Pathfinder Director at my church, where I mentor youth and help develop future leaders through service and teamwork.
