Radhanath Thialan

My name is Radhanath (pronounced as Ra-Dha-Nath), but people often call me Rad to keep it short. I am 20 years old this year. I am originally from Malaysia and just came to Arizona on April 16, 2014. My mom's Chinese and dad is Indian - this mix is commonly known as Chindian. I have a younger brother and a younger sister, 17 years old and 13 years old respectively. I am able to speak four languages – Chinese, Malay, Tamil and English. During my free time, I love to draw, play the piano and cello, practicing my dance or making new age music using garage band. Unlike other dancers, studies are always my priority and I am very serious with my grades academically. I will do my very best to get an A in this course and that is my goal, I love challenges.

I am currently triple majoring in Business Management, Dance Fine Arts and Dance Technology at Scottsdale Community College (SCC) and I plan to graduate with two associates degree in two years. I had 28 credit hours for most of my semesters here in order to graduate as planned. I plan to transfer to either University of California, Irvine (UCI) or Loyola Marymount University (LMU) after two years at SCC. I also plan to graduate with a double degree in the future and to hold a MBA.
