About

Hi! My name's Raegan Foster. I'm currently a student at Ohio University working toward my bachelor's degree in Project Management, with a minor in General Business and a certificate in Lean Six Sigma Methods. I'm expected to graduate in May 2027, and I'm excited to see where this next chapter takes me!

I've spent the last several years gaining hands-on experience in construction, logistics, and delivery operations. Through those experiences, I've learned a lot about teamwork, communication, leadership, and the importance of staying organized. They've also helped me realize how much I enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and working with others to accomplish a common goal.

Going back to school while working full-time hasn't always been easy, but it's something I'm really proud of. It's taught me to be more disciplined, manage my time better, and keep pushing toward my goals even when things get challenging.

My goal is to build a career in project management, ideally in the construction or operations industry. I want to be the kind of leader who supports their team, encourages growth, and creates an environment where people enjoy what they do.

I'm always looking for opportunities to learn, challenge myself, and grow both personally and professionally. I'm excited about what the future holds and grateful for the opportunities that have helped me get this far!

Goals and interests

Career goal

My main career goal is to become a successful project manager, preferably in the construction or operations industry. With my background in construction, logistics, and delivery operations, I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how important good leadership, communication, and organization are to a team's success. I want to take what I've learned through my work experience and education and use it to lead projects, improve processes, and help teams reach their goals. Eventually, I'd love to work my way into a leadership position where I can make a positive difference, not just in the projects I'm responsible for, but also in the people I work alongside.

Graduate school interests

Right now, my main focus is finishing my bachelor's degree in Project Management and continuing to gain experience in the field. However, I'm definitely open to the possibility of going back to school in the future. I would be interested in exploring a master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field that could help me grow professionally. I believe there's always something new to learn, and I want to keep my options open as my career develops.

Outside the classroom

Outside of school, I work full-time and spend as much time as I can with my wife, our pets, and the people who mean the most to me. Between work, school, and everyday responsibilities, life can get pretty busy, but I try to make time for the things that matter. I enjoy learning new things, taking on projects around the house, and finding ways to challenge myself. I'm also someone who really values spending quality time with family and creating memories together. Balancing everything isn't always easy, but it's helped me become more patient, responsible, and appreciative of the opportunities I have.

  • Volunteered with St. Vincent de Paul during high school, giving my time to help support individuals and families in the community. This experience helped me understand the importance of giving back, working with others, and helping people who may be going through difficult times.
