About

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at San Diego State University, I am CPA-eligible as of August 2025. My academic focus is complemented by hands-on experience, including serving as a DSG Tax Intern at EY in Summer 2025. During this role, I supported tax compliance engagements through updating Tax Review Memos, preparing workpapers, and maintaining internal checklists, while collaborating with interns, staff, and seniors.

Previous roles, such as Tech Consultant at Target, have strengthened my client service, teamwork, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and cash handling, I aim to bring value to teams and grow within the accounting field. My goal is to continue developing technical expertise and building meaningful professional relationships.

Outside the classroom

Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy mentoring peers, staying active through working out and swimming, and exploring personal finance strategies. These activities allow me to develop leadership, discipline, and analytical skills that complement my work in accounting and tax, while also maintaining balance and perspective in my personal life.
