About
Hello, my name is Ramona Garcia. I am a wife, a student and an employee. I am a hardworking, diligent, honest, and full of determination kind of a woman. I know how to balance my married life, school and work. I am not easily giving up with obstacles in my life. My situation is really amazing. It is only by God's grace that I can make these things possible. For me every day is a miracle. My grades goes very well. I'm presently working at Edward-Elmhurst Health commonly known as Edward Hospital in Naperville, Il. I have a very hard job, which is a housekeeping Associate, at the same time I am a student at Waubonsee Community College taking up Associate in Science in Nursing. I already finished my Prerequisites and planning to take my Teas test this January 25, 2023.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
Due to difficult situation, I should say hard life here in America, I experienced to work in the Nursing home-the Meadowbrook Nursing Facility, as a kitchen aid. My work was to serve food for more than a hundred elderly patients everyday. After serving their food, I washed more than hundreds of dishes, pots/pans, and cleaning the whole kitchen. There I developed a Carpal tunnel syndrome that I need to stop working in the Nursing home because I have this issue that I need much attention. Now I work at Edwards Hospital as a housekeeping Associate. It was not an easy job again wherein I sanitize and clean toilets and isolation rooms every day. I feel tired and sickly, but I realized that it is not too late to go to school in order for me to have a good job and a better future someday.
- Graduate school interests
My interest is to finish my Associate degree in Nursing and apply for the transfer program of the school to continue my BSN and Graduate studies afterwards.
