About
My name is Ravine Kiam and I am 18 years old. I am originally from Cameroon and I moved to the US 3 years ago after living in Belgium for a short period of time coming from Cameroon. I am a the youngest in a Family of four. I did my junior and senior high school years at Jenks High school Oklahoma. I am currently enroll at Northeastern state University in Tahlequah, and I will be a sophomore next fall.
I want to be Medical doctor in the near future, specifically a cardiologist or a pediatrician. I haven't made my choice yet but I believe the future will tell. My late grand father is my biggest encouragement. He was a pediatrician in his living. As a kid I used to spend all my days with him in his office and as years went by, my love for medicine also grew. I have met a lot of people in my life that tried to discouraged me about this career path I choose, but becoming a doctor is a decision that I took as a little kid and my love for it is more.
I take everyday and walk through life with perseverance, confidence and ambition. My parents always thought me not to give up and not to settle for less and that is what keeps me going everyday.
