Hi!
My name is Raya Arafah and I am a freshman studying psychology at Bakersfield College. I am committed to pursuing academic excellence and making a positive impact on my community. Beyond academics, I have been involved in several extracurricular activities, including National Alliance on Mental Illness club and I am also a senator in the Bakersfield College Student Government Association. These experiences have allowed me to develop leadership skills, time management abilities, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
I plan to be working in Forensic psychology field because I am interested in the psychology field that related with law.
- Graduate school interests
I am interested and planning to get my master degree in psychology as I plan to pursue a career in that field. However, I am still researching graduate schools that have great psychology programs.
- Outside the classroom
In my leisure time, I love hanging out with friends, play volleyball, and going on walks. I love to engage with people and learn new things too as I believe we can learn from everywhere and anyone.
