About
I was born and raised in California, but decided to attend the University of Nevada Reno because of its beautiful atmosphere, culture, and extensive health curriculum. With a Bachelor degree in nursing, as well as a minor in public health, I hope to use my skills to provide outreach to underserved communities who lack adequate healthcare. I hope to find a specialization in the nursing field as I start my journey through nursing school this upcoming school year!

Goals and interests
- Career goal
As a future registered nurse, I hope to work in an underserved community such as a critical shortage facility. I'm not completely sure what I would like to specialize in, but some interests do include emergency, surgical, or neonatal nursing. After completing my BSN and gaining more hands-on experience, I may consider graduate school.
- Outside the classroom
In my free time, I enjoy reading, exercising, volunteering, and creating art.

At this organization, I help unload items, organize them, and pack orders for students and faculty who utilize our services. At the university, Pack Provisions aims at helping the student body fight against hygiene product and food insecurity. Through donations from several nonprofits across Northern Nevada, we give out produce, nonperishable foods, hair products, feminine hygiene products, etc. free of charge to anyone enrolled at UNR.
