About
I am a wife and mother of five who rediscovered herself in a gym. My passion for fitness and the benefits of training hard led me to become a personal trainer/strength coach and go back to school to pursue a degree in exercise science. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, lifting and throwing heavy things, and competing in the Highland Games.
