I received this award during my exchange year in Linden, California. The recipients are chosen when they have a GPA higher than 3.5.

This award was through the chamber of congress: seven contestants were chosen through an application and an essay and I had to prepare a five-minute speech to present in front of an audience. I received the award for "second runner up"
most outstanding musician

One person was chosen out of the 12th-grade students in the ACE show choir class of 2022. All the students from 9th to 12th grade had to vote anonymously

Outside the classroom: I did contemporary, modern and classical dance since I was 8 years old. I only stopped to concentrate on school and be sure I had good grades to be able to leave for my exchange year.
I was also in my High School theatre company in Italy and during my exchange year, when we performed "Beauty and The Beast", the Broadway Musical. I had a secondary role as "Babette"

I volunteered in a summer camp organized by the church of my district. This summer camp was created to help families that needed a place where their kids could be safe and have fun while they worked. In this camp, there were four different teams: I was the leader of my team and my job was to watch the kids and help them while they played against others.
