About

Company culture defines the way in which your organization interacts with one another and how the team interacts with the outside world, specifically your partners and suppliers. It’s the formula that guides the team, as well as inspires and motivates employees. It is also responsible for attracting and attaining great talent, as well as creating a fun, happy and exciting work environment. A great company culture also attracts a great partner which, in turn, creates great success! People will want to do business with you because of what you believe in and stand for, rather than solely on your products alone. Understanding this principal will quickly allow you to see the importance of company culture.

Goals and interests

Career goal

The idea behind my going to college was to challenge myself first and to put myself in a position that would bring me the greatest satisfaction, which was self gratification upon completion of my degree. Many people who have gone on to be successful entrepreneurs went to college to realize their full potential. This meant that I too would have to have a degree to compete with my peers and other generations. I wanted to be taken seriously about my career endeavors and respected for achieving my own goals and objectives as well as the goals and objectives of a future employer.

Graduate school interests

Attending college is a way for me to utilize my mind and to sharpen my critical thinking skills. It is also the opportunity to network with others and forge alliances that will produce life-long allies that will help me live a better life. My current pursuit is a Doctorate in Public Health. Public Health requires certain reforms that must be addressed and taken into consideration. The most important issue is that first and foremost is that public health medical problems have serious repercussions that impact the social, economic, geopolitical and other consequences for all countries. The second is that depending on how they are viewed from a public health stand point of view the key is effective behavioral interventions that work. The national strategic plan has developed various strategies for reducing risk and eliminating public health disparities within a community. Community involvement and partnerships are crucial and have had success in efforts to combat public health issues. The communities across America must come to the realization that communication is the key to disseminating and dismantling any threat to a healthy community overall and can be prevented through knowledge and literacy.
